Web Traffic and Advertising Site Gotta Have Ads Acquired by Greg Chadwick

I recently met and had a brief discussion with Greg Chadwick, the new owner of Gotta Have Ads.  Greg purchased GHA from Frank Salinas and shared the following information with me:

The Web Traffic Reporter:  Hi Greg, thanks for allowing me to ask you a few questions about you and your recent acquisition of Gotta Have Ads.

Greg Chadwick: “No problem Mark, happy to do so although there really isn’t much to tell, GHA is a successful marketing site that gets lots of web traffic and I have knows Frank for quite awhile so when he offered me the chance to purchase it, I took him up on the deal.

The Web Traffic Reporter: Greg, what is your background in the online marketing and traffic industry?

Greg Chadwick: “I’ve been making a living online since 1999 (even before Google was born). As the net has evolved so have I.  I have been involved in internet marketing for the past 3 or 4 years and building up a network of sites that include safelists, text ad exchanges, traffic exchanges, list builders and a couple of super solo sites”

The Web Traffic Reporter: I have a similar background which is why I wanted to share this information with the readers of the Web Traffic News.  Do you work behind the scenes on your business and sites or do you outsource your admin, support, and development?

Greg Chadwick: “Great question Mark, I’m a hands on administrator; I do most of my own programming/coding, some graphics and overall website design as well.”

The Web Traffic Reporter: Can you tell me more about the offer that you and Frank structured which allowed you to take ownership of Gotta Have Ads?

Greg Chadwick: “There really is not allot to tell, I’d always had my eyes on Gotta Have Ads;
before acquiring the site.  I knew that Frank would sell it sooner or later and I like these types of sites that he creates because they are based on solid marketing and website traffic models that work.”

The Web Traffic Reporter: Tell me more about the business model, what is it about a site like GHA that makes is lucrative?

Greg Chadwick: That’s easy Mark, the structure is such that it’s a win/win for both my clients and me because of the alternating, 100% instant commission setup. (First sale to admin, next sale to affiliate, next to admin and so on). For me as the admin it means I don’t have to pay commissions each month, and for the member, they get paid directly to their PayPal account, they get proven and successful advertising and traffic so it’s a win win for everyone.”
